As India transitioned in 1992 to open its skies to private airlines, transforming the industry and its growth the government has envisioned the need for training the professional in the field of aviation with the latest technologies and training practices. Keeping this requirement in mind Aditya Training Academy was established in 2019 in Kolkata, West Bengal.
The Academy was established with the aim of creating a center of training excellence for all levels of aviation training needs in the industry from initial training for fresh aviation enthusiasts to meeting the continuous training needs of employees of airlines both Non-Scheduled Operators and Scheduled Operators.
Aditya Training Academy administration and Trainers are leaders in the field of aviation in India and abroad, they are here to train the youth of today to become the professionals of tomorrow in the field of aviation. To address the growing demand of the professional technical training needs in aviation our trainers are trained by COSCAP train the trainers programme.

NEXT GENERATION OF AVIATION PROFESSIONALS (NGAP)
ICAO NGAP Initiatives :
The NGAP initiative was launched by ICAO in 2009 to ensure that enough qualified and competent aviation professionals are aviation to operate, manage and maintain the future Air transport system.
ICAO through NGAP program provides a platform to raise awareness and engage with stakeholders on the impending shortage of personnel and to promote cooperation and coordination within the global aviation and education community to attract, educate and retain the next generation of aviation professionals
It forecasts that by 2035 the aviation industry will need 617,000 commercial Airline Pilots, 679,000 technicians and 814,000 Cabin Crew, additional aviation professional to keep it going at its current pace of growth.
ICAO is planning to launch Aviation Training and Education Directory (ATED) by 2020 ICAO in cooperation with partners and stakeholders will develop guidance and tools to assist states develop their NGAP strategy.
ADITYA AVIATION TRAINING on its part is planning to take part in the ICAO- NGAP initiative through its Approved Training Organization (ATO)
